Since 1994: Project Manager or Project Engineer for a wide range of development projects within the Danish Energy and Environment Agency's development programme:

• The development of low-energy housing
• The development of efficient solar collectors and solar heating systems
• The testing of solar heating systems (construction of test machinery, in situ monitoring etc.)
• The testing of wind power systems (construction of test machinery in situ monitoring etc.)
• Assisting companies in producing renewable energy products
• The sale of solar heating systems
• The development of windmills

International Experience:

• Participation in international projects on solar heating within IEA,
• planning a medium-sized solar heating system in Hungary.
• participation in international expert groups concerning windmill standards,
• analysis of wind power resources in Brazil,
• study trips to China, Germany and Holland.

Consultancy projects including:

• Consultant for utility companies regarding solar heating campaigns
• Consultant for a financial company regarding the financing of renewable energy systems
• Consultant for windmill companies
• Planning energy systems (solar heating systems, biomass fired boilers etc.)
• Calculation of energy loss and energy consumption of buildings

• Lecturer at the North-West Jutland Folk Centre for Renewable Energy.

• Acted as energy expert for an NGO agency, "The Kazakhstan Association" , in the period 1992-94, e.g. involved in running courses on energy and the environment in Kazakhstan.
